With Bagallery’s strategic yet experimental approach to livestream shopping during the pilot phase, they have reached over 33K customers in total over the past 3 months and achieved average conversion rates of 10% during the live show.
Alternating show concepts have been introduced on a weekly basis to attract different customer target groups and learn which measures drive traffic and engagement. Entertaining game shows, educational sessions on makeup and skincare and new product launches by brands were broadcasted. Influencers turned out to be real traffic generators outside of social media, too. Live shows hosted by famous Pakistani influencers on bagallery.com attracted 12 thousand customers to Bagallery’s own e-commerce during a single event.
In a next step, Bagallery is exploring the potential expansion of live shopping to give brands and content creators on its platform access to their own individual LiSA-powered live shopping accounts.
